SHIPPING POLICY AND RATES

At ApocaBITZnow.com, we know how much shipping charges can eat into your bottom line.  Our goal in this business is to bring you your gaming and hobby needs as cheaply and quickly as we can.  To that end, our US shipping rates are as follows:

If you live in an area where USPS is inconvenient, we’ll gladly ship your order via UPS at UPS’s published rate (international rate for customers outside the United States) for the weight and size of the shipping container for your order.

Most orders ship within 1-3 business days. If you've ordered a large number of a single part, expect delays.  If you've ordered a large number of a single part that comes one per kit, delivery may take an extended period of time.

International Shipments

We will ship almost anywhere in the world at posted USPS Priority International shipping rates.

We will not falsify customs declarations to help you avoid taxes, tariffs, or duties, so please do not ask us to.

We’re sorry, but due to the high incidence of Credit Card fraud in the Former Soviet Union, Yugoslavia, Nigeria and Indonesia , we will NOT ship to these countries.  Additionally, we will not ship orders to Italy due to difficulties with the mail handling system.

Shipping Offers

We may, from time to time and at our sole discretion, offer altered shipping rates for international or domestic orders.  These offers may be time limited, or apply to specific USPS shipping zones. 

Payment

We accept Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover), USPS Money Orders, Certified Checks and International Money Orders in US Funds. We also accept payments processed through Google Checkout or Paypal Express.  We're sorry, but we cannot accept personal checks.  Credit Cards, Google Checkout, and Paypal Express are best as you won’t have to wait for the funds to clear before we ship.  If we have to wait for your funds to clear, it may delay delivery from 7-14 business days.

Out of Stock and Backorder Shipping

For US orders:
If we don’t have an item in stock, we’ll get it from our distributor and ship the order whole.  If our distributor is backordered or out of stock and we are unable to complete your order within 3 business days, we’ll ship what we have on hand. Once we recieve the backordered items, we'll ship them at our expense.   You may cancel backordered portions of your order at any point prior to shipment (even if we've already shipped a partial order.) 

For International orders:
We’ll let you know when our distributors are backordered.  You’ll have the option of waiting for us to ship the entire order until we get the backordered item in, or removing the backordered item from your order.

In the event that we're not able to fill your order at the requested quantities for any reason, we'll let you know and issue a refund for the undeliverable portion of your order. 

Insurance

If an ApocaBITZnow.com package is lost in transit to you (not delivered in 2 weeks in US, 8 weeks for APO/FPO or international) we will replace or refund the order with the following conditions:

For US orders, risk transfers to you when UPS or USPS marks the package as delivered.  We are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered.

For international orders, risk transfers to you when the package is marked as delivered to your country's Customs Service.  We are not responsible for products confiscated by your country's customs service, nor are we responsible for non-delivery by your country's postal service.

Returns

If there is a problem with any anything you receive (manufacturers defect or our packing failed), we will exchange or accept a return within 30 days of purchase.

Prior to returning anything, please email us at returns@apocabitznow.com for an authorization number.

If you realized that you ordered the wrong item or didn’t like what you received, we will gladly accept your return within 30 days of purchase and refund you the amount of your order minus the shipping costs as long as the item(s) remain in the same condition as when we sent them to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order in full or in part at any point prior to shipment.  If you cancel any part your order, we'll refund you the amount of the cancelled portion of your order.  Shipping charges will be adjusted, as appropriate, to correctly reflect the remaining order.

Returned or Refused Packages

Packages returned or refused will be credited to your credit card or paypal less the shipping cost.
